Our Tenants’ Annual Report 2011/12 and Calendar 2013 shows how we are performing against the local service standards which were set with tenants and exceed the national standards set for housing service providers. By working with tenants and other partners In 2011/12 we improved the already high performing and low cost service we provide to you and this report provides detail on how we did this and how we will work with tenants to further improve this in the future.
