We would like to welcome more of you to join our Customer Access Team Continuous Improvement Group (CAT CIG). The Group makes recommendations to improve our Customer Access Service and you could be part of that and really make a difference.
When we set up the Customer Access Team and new “one stop shop” contact telephone number 0845 258 5550 you helped us mould the service. Unfortunately, as with some new systems, there have been teething problems and you have helped us to address these by telling us about the experiences you have had when you have contacted us.
Any complaints have been investigated under our Housing Matters scheme but going one step further, a sample of these issues have been taken to the CAT CIG, with tenant representatives and the telephone system suppliers. Recommendations have been made by the group and changes made to the way your calls are handled.
