In March, we began an ambitious new project to advance your responsive repairs service, in response to the recent Tenant Satisfaction Survey. This confirmed that repairs are very important to you, with over 8 out of 10 tenants rating it as the most important service Newark and Sherwood Homes provides. The valuable feedback from our recent Roadshows has further highlighted the importance you place upon receiving an excellent repairs service.
The new project, led by the Company’s senior managers, aims to provide further improvements to the already excellent and efficient service you receive. This will ensure we continue to meet your needs in the future, increase your satisfaction with the repairs service and get more repairs ‘right first time’.
We have already identified key areas for improving your repairs service, including making some small changes to the way in which we work and how we monitor the effectiveness of the service provided. A dedicated team is in place to make the proposed improvements and maximise the use of our existing technology.
