From 1st April 2014 we will be advertising our Easylet properties every week! You will still be able to place 2 bids for each advert. Our properties will be advertised every Thursday and the closing day will be every Monday at 12 noon.

Please be aware that if you and/or your partner are claiming housing benefits, of working age, have no dependants, and are applying for 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation, regardless of its type, you will be liable for the Under Occupation Charge.

Individual feedback on bids for properties can be provided on request. Please be aware that your bidding position can change for each property you bid for. If you were in second place for one property, it does not follow that you will move up to 1st place next time you bid. It depends on the priority and registration date of those who are bidding on the same property.
