vii. develop our Board and workforce so that it is attuned to the tenants, people and communities that we serve;
viii. support our Board, employees and tenant representatives (or involved tenants) through training and development to increase our ability to deliver excellent services to diverse tenants and communities;
ix. support our employees to ensure their diverse needs are met by providing a working environment which is free from discrimination, bullying and harassment and addressing behaviour which challenges this;
x. support contractors, suppliers and partners with whom we work to uphold our principles and approach to diversity; and
xi. monitor and report on the progress we made in implementing our approach to Equality and Diversity as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
